By Staff On Monday, Michael Lohan plans to legally create a conservatorship for Lindsay Lohan. For those who don’t use the word in their everyday conversation, a conservatorship is defined as a circumstance in which the court declares an individual unable to take care of legal matters and appoints another individual, known as a conservator, to do so. Hence, Lindsay is the person who is unable by the text book definition. Per TMZ, Michael Lohan is open to another person taking the role of conservator, however, he’s more than happy to assume the position. All of this boils down to a father’s love of his daughter. Lindsay is bound for jail after violating the terms of her parole. Michael doesn’t want his daughter to go to jail, rather a rehab. Specifically one that’s in a private home with lots of doctors. According to TMZ, that’s an expensive route and Lindsay is broke. Her next film, Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete” opens during Labor Day weekend.
